I recently stayed at Tru By Hilton for a quick business trip and was thoroughly impressed during my three-day visit. the staff was exceptionally friendly and always eager to help, which made for a warm atmosphere. the modern, spacious room was clean and provided a comfortable bed, adjustable shower head, and a small fridge. I loved the varied breakfast offerings and appreciated the all-day free coffee. the lobby had a cozy vibe with board games, while the 24/7 gym was well-equipped.

I recommend this hotel.

Comfortable overall experience. Good meals. Particularly good location for our needs, near the surrounding area as well as a restaurant. For tea or coffee visit Banana Leaf Cafe nearby.

Characterful base for exploring Elkhart. Clean hotel with super-friendly staff and an excellent value. Fine breakfast with a wide array of good foods. Perfectly clean and nicely furnished room & exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice enough area, favourable and excellent location, so close to Starbucks and the surrounding area and local restaurants. Again, walking distance to Quilt Gardens.

The rooms lacked a sitting chair as expected. Facility offered vast snack choices in the lobby at higher prices. Modern style ensured easy check-out. Noise levels were low, except for the alarm clock.

This place is really clean, with spotless rooms and a staff that goes above and beyond. 😊.

The rooms are a nice size and well-furnished, making for a pleasant stay. the staff is friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Its location is fantastic-right next to Elkhart with a variety of dining options and local restaurants nearby. Plus, it's just 1 mile from Treasure Island!

The location is fantastic, especially if you're headed to the west coast. I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the pancake maker-thanks for that! 🥞.

The hotel is clean and features helpful and friendly staff members. the room is exceptionally clean and modern, complemented by a very comfortable bed. It boasts a great location in the heart of Jackson, conveniently situated near restaurants and various food options. Overall, it provided a really comfortable stay during our road trip.

The staff was personable and nice. the double room was new-fashioned, with a flat-screen TV, satellite channels, a microwave, and coffee/tea making machines. the location was good, near the west coast and in the middle of Jackson.

I loved the late check-out; more time to admire the "gorgeous" lobby with its exciting pool table. the free breakfast was so-so, but at least it was there, saving me from potential breakfast disasters.

Who needs space to hang clothes or a cozy comforter? Not me.

This place was pretty clean and the staff were super helpful. the food here was decent overall. It's in a great spot, right in the middle of town, and there's a restaurant nearby for convenience 🍴.
